COST OF PARTICIPATION (VAT included):

Extra charge for the stand's position:

Angular (two sides open) + 10 %
Peninsular (three sides open) + 15 %
Island (four sides open) + 20 %

The Cost of participation includes:

• Cost of general lighting of the hall, ventilation and heating of indoor exhibition space
• Cost of the general security of the fairground and the pass control
• Cost of the cleaning of the general territory of the fairground and of passages in the halls
• Cost of the removal of wastes, tare and trash from the specially provided places during the exhibition move-in, working time and move-out.
• Cost of badges of exhibitors provided according to the Form № 6 of the Official Exhibitor Manual and calculated as 1 badge per 3 sq. m. of the stand space.

Remark:

• Cleaning of the stands must be paid additionally

Registration fee is obligatory for every exhibitor. This cost includes the cost of the catalogue entry in the Russian and English languages and must be paid together with the cost of the space.

The cost of the logo publication amounts to 35 Eu and must be paid additionally.

The cost of advertisements in the catalogue must be ordered according to the Form № 5 of the Official Exhibitor Manual and paid additionally.

The cost of electrical connection of the stand (up to 2 kWt) includes the electricity consumption during the exhibition.

The electrical connections over 2 kWt must be ordered according to the Form № 7 of the Official Exhibitor Manual and paid additionally.
